Singular Sensation

Alicia Sinclair is one of four sisters, three of whom got married in one year.

“Since our wedding was last, we wanted something very different,” she says. So she and her then fiancé, Ben Moran, decided to wow their guests with a one-of-a-kind destination wedding. When they saw photos of the spectacular Thai pavilion at Phulay Bay, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, they knew they had found their venue.

“I loved the lotus flowers in my bouquet,” Alicia says. Here, she shares a laugh with her bridesmaids, whose bright coral dresses pop against the resort’s greenery.

The couple worked closely with the team at the resort to ensure that each moment — like the evening’s lantern-release ceremony — was as exceptional as they envisioned. “We had complete control over every detail, yet we didn’t have to lift a finger,” Alicia says.
